How to Instruct InDesign to Automatically Scale Content inside Graphic Frame

In this quick tip, I will explain to you how to instruct Adobe InDesign to automatically scale graphic frame content while you are scaling graphic frame itself. Graphic frame and its content are two different objects with its own controls and handles. When you scale graphic frame it won't scale content and sometimes that will be desired: to scale content inside the graphic frame with the same scaling percentage as and graphic frame. There is Auto-fit option for that job which is available from Control panel when the graphic frame is selected.

Auto-fit not available in Control panel
Some users may not be able to see Auto-fit in Control panel and that is easy to fix by making room in Control panel for this option. Go to Customize Control Panel and uncheck some option in Object menu what will make room for Auto-fit to appear.
